Who doesn't like free things! I know I love free things especially when I can pick the items that I want!

 Free nail polish from Ulta using my points. Colors: Sun-Sational, Peach Parfait, Limelight

 I was also able to get some hair accessories. I don't have any flowers or anything pretty to put in my hair after I style it, so I decided to start a collection with these print hair clips. I really like them.

Now this was a gift from Sephora for my birthday, which is May 12. As a part of being in their Beauty Insider club I get a birthday gift from them every year. I am really feeling these lip treatments. I have always wanted to try them but could not bring myself to spend $24 on a lip balm. They make my lips really soft and moisturized, but after I use them up I will only purchase if I have a coupon or if there is a sale. :)

 The one on the left is Sugar Rose' and the one on the right is Sugar. They smell really good, but have no taste.

Last perk comes from Victoria's Secret. I ordered some things online and I got two reward cards worth $10 ea. and in the mail I received a small booklet with three coupons. One for a free panty which I used but will never show! LOL!!! I used one of the reward cards to get this body mist. The scent is called The Body Mist (you don't say). The first time I purchased this scent it was in a gift set that had 10 different mini scents in it and I fell in love with this scent along with some others. I have not purchased this in a while so I decided to treat myself. I did receive a $10 gift card from Victoria's Secret for my birthday, but I have not used it yet. I am going to wait and use it toward a purchase of a large size bottle of Pink, my favorite fragrance by Victoria's Secret.

DAY 4 WEEK 2 EYE SHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE

 I started a new eye shadow palette today. This is a makeup collection I received as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and I am just now using them. The collection comes with 6 little palettes that have 6 eye shadows, 2 lipsticks and a blush in each. They are interchangeable in the case that you see at the top.

 For today's look I chose to wear the three shadows on the right side.  I applied the lightest color as a base and highlight, I used the middle color on my lid and the darkest color for contouring. None of the colors have names so I can't tell you the names of them. 

I really like this look , not only do I like the eye shadows but I like the lip color and the blush too.

DAY 3 WEEK 2 EYESHADOW CHALLENGE

I am at the end of the Too Faced Naked Eye palette for week 2 of my eyeshadow palette challenge. The last look in the palette is the Fashion  look. For the highlight from crease to brow bone I used Pink Cheeks, on the lid I blended Lap Dance and Stiletto is applied to the upper lash line and extended outward then I blended the same color into the lower lash line. Honestly, this is my favorite look in the whole palette. The other looks both looked the same, they were too soft and looked like I used only one color on my eyes.  I am happy to be finished with this palette.

HAUL: The Body Shop and LUSH!

Last month I visited two stores in the Galleria; The Body Shop and LUSH. I have fallen in love with their products.  The blogs that I am subscribed to always talk about these stores and the products they have purchased from there. So I decided to take a look for myself. I was so excited about my purchase that I made a video to show what I purchased. Hope you enjoy and decided to visit these stores of you have not already.

DAY 2 EYE SHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE

 Today's look of the day from the Too Faced Naked Eye palette is the Classic look.

 Even though in this picture it looks like I just used one color on my eyes, I really didn't LOL! 

For the highlight and base I used Birthday Suit, on the lid Satin Sheets and on the outer lid and lower lash line Unmentionables.

I kind of like this pic, lol!

EYE SHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE 2ND WEEK

The eye shadow palette of choice this week is the Too Faced Naked Eye palette.

 I wore the Day look. In The Buff for the base and highlight, Pillow Talk on the lid and Like a Virgin in the crease and the outer lid. I finished it off with a NYX Black eyeliner pen.

I really did not like the outcome. I wore this look to work and did not have time to redo it. This look is a good neutral and just what it says s NAKED EYE!!!

Day 2 Eyeshadow Palette Challenge

Day 2 of my eyeshadow palette challenge, I am still rocking the Too Faced Natural Eye Palette. The colors I wore on my lid Push-Up, in the crease and outer lid and lower lash line Erotica and for the highlight Silk Teddy. These colors are part of the Classic section of the palette. For  those of you who are familiar with the Too Faced palettes, you know there are instruction cards for each look. I did not us them I just did my own thing. There is one more row of colors left in this palette and I will be done with this one for the week.

Day 1 Makeup Palette Challenge

I started my Makeup Palette Challenge today. The lucky winner  palette for this week is the Too Faced Natural Eye palette. I used the Day Look which consisted of the highlight Heaven, on my lid I used Velvet Revolver and in the crease and the outer lid and the lower lash line I used Sexspresso. I like the way it turned out and will have to put this look in my regular rotation.

EYESHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE

I have so many eyeshadow palettes and I have yet to use all the colors. So as a challenge I have decided to showcase a different palette each week. Now some of the palettes have 88 to 100 colors so those may take more than a week to showcase. I will leave those for last. I will post a pic everyday of the look that I created and tell what palette I used. STAY TUNED!

MAKEUP HAUL: E.L.F. & NYX

I purchased makeup from E.L.F. and NYX last week and I have received all my orders this week. I purchased a quit a bit of E.L.F. products and not that much from NYX mainly because I was on a budget and their price at higher than E.L.F. But anyway I am impressed with my purchase, E.L.F. has a new Spring line and I purchased some items from that collection and they also have added some glitter eyeshadows which I purchased all of the shades. I have become obsessed with lipstick and blush (not sure why, Lol!) which is what I mainly purchased from NYX. I have pics, so sit back and enjoy.
