HAUL: The Body Shop and LUSH!

Last month I visited two stores in the Galleria; The Body Shop and LUSH. I have fallen in love with their products.  The blogs that I am subscribed to always talk about these stores and the products they have purchased from there. So I decided to take a look for myself. I was so excited about my purchase that I made a video to show what I purchased. Hope you enjoy and decided to visit these stores of you have not already.

DAY 2 EYE SHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE

 Today's look of the day from the Too Faced Naked Eye palette is the Classic look.

 Even though in this picture it looks like I just used one color on my eyes, I really didn't LOL! 

For the highlight and base I used Birthday Suit, on the lid Satin Sheets and on the outer lid and lower lash line Unmentionables.

I kind of like this pic, lol!

EYE SHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE 2ND WEEK

The eye shadow palette of choice this week is the Too Faced Naked Eye palette.

 I wore the Day look. In The Buff for the base and highlight, Pillow Talk on the lid and Like a Virgin in the crease and the outer lid. I finished it off with a NYX Black eyeliner pen.

I really did not like the outcome. I wore this look to work and did not have time to redo it. This look is a good neutral and just what it says s NAKED EYE!!!

Day 2 Eyeshadow Palette Challenge

Day 2 of my eyeshadow palette challenge, I am still rocking the Too Faced Natural Eye Palette. The colors I wore on my lid Push-Up, in the crease and outer lid and lower lash line Erotica and for the highlight Silk Teddy. These colors are part of the Classic section of the palette. For  those of you who are familiar with the Too Faced palettes, you know there are instruction cards for each look. I did not us them I just did my own thing. There is one more row of colors left in this palette and I will be done with this one for the week.

Day 1 Makeup Palette Challenge

I started my Makeup Palette Challenge today. The lucky winner  palette for this week is the Too Faced Natural Eye palette. I used the Day Look which consisted of the highlight Heaven, on my lid I used Velvet Revolver and in the crease and the outer lid and the lower lash line I used Sexspresso. I like the way it turned out and will have to put this look in my regular rotation.

EYESHADOW PALETTE CHALLENGE

I have so many eyeshadow palettes and I have yet to use all the colors. So as a challenge I have decided to showcase a different palette each week. Now some of the palettes have 88 to 100 colors so those may take more than a week to showcase. I will leave those for last. I will post a pic everyday of the look that I created and tell what palette I used. STAY TUNED!

MAKEUP HAUL: E.L.F. & NYX

I purchased makeup from E.L.F. and NYX last week and I have received all my orders this week. I purchased a quit a bit of E.L.F. products and not that much from NYX mainly because I was on a budget and their price at higher than E.L.F. But anyway I am impressed with my purchase, E.L.F. has a new Spring line and I purchased some items from that collection and they also have added some glitter eyeshadows which I purchased all of the shades. I have become obsessed with lipstick and blush (not sure why, Lol!) which is what I mainly purchased from NYX. I have pics, so sit back and enjoy.

 This is my purchase from NYX, mostly blush and lipstick and 2 loose pigments to add to the collection that I already have.

 This is a tinted moisturizer that I purchased from E.L.F., it was too light for my skin so I gave it to my daughter. The color is Mocha

 I am no longer scared of lipstick, I have become obsessed!
